Charlottetown, PE – The Prince Edward Island Beer Festival, presented by Prince Edward Island Brewing Company and Whitecap Entertainment, will return on September 24th and 25th , 2021 at the Delta Prince Edward by Marriott in Charlottetown. The popular event is focused on educating visitors and Islanders alike on the art and craft of brewing and tasting beer. The festival will feature breweries from across the East Coast and beyond, samples of a variety of beer and ciders, live entertainment, local food pairings, a cask corner and more.

The Festival kicks off with a tasting session on Friday from 6:30pm-9:30pm and will feature two tasting sessions on Saturday; the first from 2:00pm-4:30pm and then later from 6:30pm-9:30pm. VIP tickets will be available and include a take-home souvenir glass and early access to the festival.

Jeff Squires, President of the PEI Brewing Company, is thrilled that this festival is returning after a hiatus in 2020 due to COVID-19. “We are very excited to safely bring back Beer Festival this year, an event that so many look forward to every year.” Added Squires, “With the growth in the craft beer industry across the country, there will be even more breweries to learn about and enjoy.”

A Designated Driver ticket will once again be available; providing access into both the festival area and an inviting and relaxing designated area to hang out and enjoy non-alcoholic refreshments while spending time at the festival.

Tickets are now on sale at www.beerfestpei.com  and start at $45 plus taxes and fees.
